Kathleen Croft graduated from the Massage Therapy program at ICT Northumberland College in June 2005, with advanced training in myofascial release and sport massage techniques. Kathleen is currently a member of the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia. Kathleen’s philosophy of treatment is that every client is unique, so is every massage treatment. Kathleen uses techniques such as: Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, stretching, lymphathic drainage, scar tissue work and pre and post natal exercises to promote healing and a general state of well being to each of her clients. Kathleen offers skilled, sensitive hands and a compassionate heart to all of her clients. Kathleen is a mother of three who enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Kathleen has always been passionate about the sport of competitive cheerleading and has had the honor of coaching such athletes for the past fifteen years.
